Spring Maintenance (Prior to Cooling Season)
- Inspect and clean condenser coil
- Inspect voltage and amperage on motors
- Inspect and adjust blower components
- Inspect condensate drain, Clean if necessary
- Inspect operating pressure for proper refrigerant charge
- Inspect air filter
- Inspect thermostat calibration
- Lubricate all moving parts where necessary
- Inspect safety controls where applicable
